I had a surprisingly hard time using the site. It took me way too long to figure out where to go, and the checkout process felt clunky and confusing. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, and I kind of felt like I was being passed around from one step to another without knowing what was actually happening. I almost gave up before finally placing my order.

I ordered from Ekster and, the delivery was frustrating. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the tracking barely updated and the package kept getting delayed with no real explanation. When I reached out to support, the replies were super vague and basically just told me to wait, which didn’t really help. I needed it for a trip, and by the time it finally mattered, it was already too late. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t order again if the shipping is going to be like this

I bought this mostly for the RFID blocking, but my cards were still getting picked up by a reader while they were inside. Maybe I just got a faulty one, I’m not really Sure, but for the price I expected it to work better. i’m Disappointed

I keep running into this issue where the cards stick when I tap the button, it makes the whole thing feel a bit unreliable.

I was excited to get this, but the stitching is all over the place in a few spots. At first I thought maybe I was being picky, but the finish looks cheaper than I expected for the price. It’s not completely unusable or anything, just disappointing because it should’ve looked a lot neater

I’ve been using this on and off for a bit, mostly hoping it would make things easier when I’m in a rush or trying to find something quickly. The setup seemed fine at first, and I wanted to like it because the idea is really useful. But every time I actually need the tracker, it just won’t connect, which pretty much defeats the whole purpose.

It looks nice enough, sure, but I’m completely convinced it’s way too boring for the price. The design just feels super plain, and for what it costs, I expected something with a lot more personality.

I really thought this wallet was going to be the one, but the second I started carrying it in my front pocket, the drama began. The edges are just too hard, and every time I sat down or got in the car, it felt like the wallet was making its presence known in the worst way.
Maybe other people won’t mind it, but after a few days I was officially done. It looks nice, I’ll give it that, but comfort wins every time for me. I retired it quickly and went crawling back to my old wallet

It felt slower than it needed to be and the instructions weren’t super clear. I had to follow up with support a couple of times, and the refund took longer than I expected. They did get back to me eventually, but for something that should’ve been quick and easy, it was frustrating

I was disappointed with this. The leather feels kind of cheap, and it started cracking and peeling way sooner than I expected.

The wallet was nice at first, like i said, I really didn’t have any big complaints about the product itself. But once I had to deal with the warranty support, it turned into a headache. Replies took days, and they kept asking me for more pictures and more info even though I had already sent what they asked for. Like i said, the wallet wasn’t the worst, but the whole support experience made it feel like they were just trying to get out of replacing it. For the price, I expected way better help.

I was hoping this would work for my everyday cards, but it barely fits the ones I use daily. It feels a little too tight and not as practical as I expected. I also tried reaching out about it and never got any follow-up, which was frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but it feels cheap and flimsy in person. Always fun when something arrives and immediately makes you question your life choices. Not worth it for me

The battery barely lasted a week, which was frustrating. I mean, it’s not even about having to replace it, it’s more that I expected it to hold up longer than that. Super annoying, honestly.

I really wanted this to feel slim, but even with just three cards in it, it still has that little bulge that bothers me. It’s not huge, but I noticed it right away when I slid it into my pocket, especially around the edges.

It feels a lot cheaper than I expected. The material is plasticky, and for what I paid, I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid in hand.

I tried reaching out to ekster twice about my order, and it just felt like wasted energy. Both times I waited days only to get what seemed like copy-and-paste replies that didn’t actually help with anything. For what I paid, I expected way better support. Really frustrating experience.
